​Call for Presentations TNGIC Eastern Regional Forum 
 
 The 2018 Eastern Regional TNGIC Forum planning committee is currently accepting presentation abstracts for the upcoming Forum in Kingsport!  
 Please review the guidelines and fill out this form for consideration. 
 Questions and abstracts should be directed to: Ann Howland howlanda@johnsoncitytn.org 
   
Guidelines:
  • All presenters must be registered for the conference.
  • Each moderated presentation will be allocated 25 minutes – including time for questions from attendees.
  • Wired and wireless internet (if needed – note below), electricity, projector and screen will be provided.
  • Deadline for submission is August 31, 2018. Please submit abstracts as early as possible.
  • Presentations will be selected based on topic, content, and time available. All authors will be notified after the selection process. 

Please note: There are a limited number of presentation slots available.  We cannot guarantee that all submissions will be accepted.

The FREE FOR ATTENDEES - 2018 Eastern Regional TNGIC Forum will be held Thursday September 13th in Kingsport at the Eastman Lodge.  Pre-conference training and a picnic social is planned for Wednesday September 12th.  The attached PDF contains the detailed invite for vendors. We hope to have attendee registration up soon. 
 
Vendor Offerings - Please note, we have limited vendor tables available for this event -- Get your name in quickly to reserve your spot!
Platinum $450 -- 15 Minute Presentation at Lunch, Table with 2 Chairs, and Full Page Color Advertisement included in the Attendee PDF (Limited to two - possibly 3 if interest supports)
Standard Vendor $300 -- Table with 2 Chairs and Logo included in the Attendee PDF
Advertisement Only $100 -- Full Page Color Advertisement included in the Attendee PDF (You do not have to be present)
We are also offering the opportunity for corporate donations of any amount.
 
The last time this conference was held in this location we had approximately 125 Attendees - We hope to have at least this many again this year.

Submit an abstract for a presentation at the TNGIC West Tennessee Regional GIS Conference. This free one-day event brings our communities together to learn from each other and build on GIS technology. This event will provide hands-on demonstrations of GPS and GIS technologies as well as cartographic design.
