​Helena Chemical Company has an immediate opening for GIS Analyst at our Corporate office in Collierville, TN. 


Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Geography/GIS, Mathematics Science, Engineering or related field and a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience with GIS systems and/or applications. 3 years of ArcGIS technology experience.
1 years of experience with reporting applications such as ArcPy, Crystal or other reporting engines.
Experience with design and development of custom database reports, Model Builder, Prython scripting and/or process automation.
Experience working with agricultural or environmental data
Business process modeling experience
Advanced knowledge of ArcGIS software and scripting.
Strong knowledge of the Esri suite of software.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong team skills and the ability to work independently.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong Skills in SQL and Python
Experience utilizing GIS reporting applications such as ArcPy or Crystal
Experience utilizing Crystal Reports or other reporting applications
Excellent computer skills and the ability to utilize multiple software packages for data manipulation and analysis will be essential.
General understanding of geography and GPS systems.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to travel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. 

Works with the Field Support Center Manager to coordinate the ordering and processing of information management products and services that are used as deliverables to customers and tools to assist with decision making on the farm.
Communicates with other department staff to identify GIS deliverables, create mapping templates, GIS models, Reports and other output based on those needs.
Works with Helena employees, outside vendors, outside data sources and others to solve problems as well as provide solutions to issues pertaining to Information management in a friendly and business professional manner.
Will provide GIS software support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GIS software and associated deliverables to the users of the GIS data and software within the company.
The GIS Analyst will attend training sessions and/or educational seminars or classes to remain current on new tools, technology and other processes pertaining to the necessary software to support information management programs.
Develop and implement new policies and procedures in order to improve the efficiency and customer service of the help desk.
Assist in defining data, business process and/or system requirements and recommendations.
Design and create custom database reports.
Design and create mapping and data products and facilitate end-user consumption.
Create and optimize mapping, imagery and data services.
Create products and models using Model Builder, Python scripting and/or process automation.
Work with department team to manage and execute project workflows and tasks for a variety of enterprise solutions.
Troubleshoot solution errors and support end users.
Analyze and review new and upgraded software.
Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Reliable and regular attendance is expected.
