The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Work will consists of prepare Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP)Water Quality Permit applicationsprovide EPSC Inspection servicesOther duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements 
Bachelor's degree in planning, environmental engineering, environmental science, physical sciences (e.g. physics, chemistry, geology, meteorology), ecology, life sciences (e.g. biology, microbiology, health physics or biophysics), archeology, historic preservation, anthropology, history, or other acceptable science5+ years of full-time professional environmental program, environmental studies or cultural resources experienceCapable of using spreadsheet, word processing and standard office software Strong written and verbal communication skillsBe organized and detail orientedInterest in environmental permitting on transportation projectsWillingness to travel (if and when required)Must possess a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications 
Previous experience with Environmental Permitting and preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP). They also must have a working knowledge of the General National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for Discharges of Stormwater associated with Construction Activities (CGP) TNR 100000.Basic knowledge of some industry standard computer software for the position (examples include software such as CADD, AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS)Some working familiarity TDOT is preferred
